On September 22, when the autumn sky was warm, HelioArt hosted an art class with the Herren Society. In the art class organized under the theme of <Portrait of Joseon-Why Are You Proud?>, I was able to feel the reality of Joseon era art by examining portraits of the Joseon Dynasty with Honorary President Lee Seong-nak, who was a dermatologist and obtained a doctorate in art history. By comparing the portraits of the Joseon Dynasty with the West, Japan, and China, we learned the spirit of our ancestors who pursued naturalness as they are, and it was a time to take pride in Korean culture and art.
